2025 Conference Artisan Vendor Opportunities

 
The Society of American Indian Dentists (SAID) invites artisans to share artistry and wares at a Society of American Indian Dentists (SAID) conference event.  One table and two chairs will be provided.  Space is limited.  Sign up early to reserve a table.

LOCATION:  Talking Stick Resort, 9800 E. Talking Stick Way, Scottsdale, AZ
DATE:  Friday, June 13, 2025
TIME:  To be announced
VENDOR FEE: $95.00
“The vendor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, It is and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Resort premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Resort, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.”
Please note:
  • Resort will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Resort’s premises except for any claims, loss, or damages arising directly from the resort’s own negligence. 
  • There are to be no cardboard, paper, or other signage stapled, taped, or placed adjacent to any walls, columns, or ceilings in public areas. Easels are not permitted outside of the conference space.  
  • All artisan vendors that will have an exhibit/vendor booth display where there will be a purchase or exchange of goods will be assessed a $95.00 one-time fee per booth per vendor according to SRPMIC tribal law.
